Every wedding is tailored to your individual needs with an exciting mix of contemporary and candid photography. We have reduced the number of the formal shots to only the ones that really count.
No two weddings are the same, so do not hesitate to tell us what is required. Our preferred style is a mix of contemporary & natural images with some groups . We can also do reportage style photography with the minimum of formality. Yet if you prefer photography with fully arranged groups, then this is not a problem.
We will carefully go through your plans and timings for the day to ensure there will be enough time to mingle with your guests and enjoy yourselves without compromising the photography.
So what do you get by booking Michael Stockton Studio?
Firstly we are a full time professional studio and Michael is a qualified member of the Master Photographers Association. The majority of our printing is done in-house and Belle Stockton creates all the design and artwork to create the perfect Album or Wedding Book.
To ensure the smooth running of the day, it is IMPERATIVE that the best man and ushers have a list of any group photographs that are needed otherwise these shots can drag on. For 2008/9 Every Wedding gets....
- A pre-wedding contemporary studio sitting. This helps to 'break the ice'. Come in for your free session and choose a complimentary print, or have the image onto CD to use for your wedding invites / stationery.
- A face-to-face meeting with your photographer, Michael or Belle to confirm timings and details of the day. (This is important!)
- A special 25% discount off the cost of ALL wedding reprints and parents albums if ordered at least 4 weeks before the wedding.
- After the wedding you will be given a pre-view book containing all of your wedding shots to show to the family and choose your favourites for your album. These pre-views are yours to keep.
- A space on our website so all guests from the wedding can view and order prints from the wedding.

Studio Only package
A new service for a 'studio' only coverage for the bride and groom and/or up to 12 guests. This is ideal for couples who have married abroad, renewed their vows or just need nice studio portraits. The photos are available to view instantly and you will choose 10 photographs as 8"x6" enlargements in a studio album. £197.50
Nothing else is included in this price.

Midweek 8"x6" package
This service is suitable for the couple having a small midweek wedding with up to 30 guests. Giving piece of mind that your photography is in professional hands. You will choose from your preview set 20 8"x6" photos for your album and CD/DVD and you still of course keep your preview set. £450.

Rutland 8"x6" package.
This service is suitable for couples having a smaller wedding with a maximum of 40 guests. We start coverage half an hour before the ceremony continuing through to the reception. We can continue onto a park or garden if needed. We try to take 3 times the number of prints ordered for you to choose30 8"x6" for your album and DVD slide show and you still of course keep your preview set. £575

This service can be for all sizes of wedding with up to 4 hours coverage. We start coverage half an hour before the ceremony continuing through to the reception. We include if necessary a trip to a park or beauty spot for those intimate portraits. We try to take 3 or 4 times the number of prints ordered for you to choose 40 8"x6" for your album £649.
{60 8"x6" available at £850.} and a DVD slide show and you still of course keep your preview set.

Harlequin Wedding Albums.
This is our best selling service and includes a comprehensive coverage from getting ready, during your ceremony, onto your reception, the speeches and right through to your first dance. 200 – 400 shots will be taken and from your preview set you will choose approximately 50 images for a 24-page album and 80 images for a 30-page album.
When selecting your images it is important to choose a good variety to create your unique hand designed book bound album. The images will be a variety of sizes on the pages from a single 10"x10" to 9 small images per side. No two Harlequin albums are the same and you can also have input into the layout and design of the pages. Belle will design your individual layout and will print out a story board for your approval.
24 page album: £1099. 30 page album: £1299.
And of course you get all the extras you would need ~ a preview set to choose from and keep, your selected images on a DVD slideshow and images onto the website for the guests to choose and order from. .

Michael Stockton Storybook Albums
- The same fully inclusive coverage as the Harlequin but included is our all new wedding storybook printed in Italy by GRAPHISTUDIO.
- Our magazine style albums with images printed directly onto the pages giving a very contemporary feel. Once you have chosen your book's selection of images, the layout will be custom designed in Italy, with you still having fianl approval before printing. The books can be printed with photographic, metallic or textured paper.
- The books are available in two sizes: a 30 page book 12"x8.5" is £1299 or 40 page book is £1550.
- In addition, a larger 16"x12" coffee table book is £1425 for a 30 page or £1625 for a 40 page book.
Special Extras for Michael Stockton Wedding Book Clients Only!
Add two parents books which are identical in 8"x6" size to your book for only £225. Add 4 small guest books (great for bridesmaids or grandparents) for £245. Or order both the guest and parents books and save £45.

Evening Receptions
Ideal for couples who have got married abroad. We will cover your reception / event getting all those shots of family and friends who were unable to attend the ceremony. We will take a variety of
informal and formal photographs as requested. You will choose from your preview set 30 8"x6" for your album and a DVD slide show and you still of course keep your preview set. £399.

Shoot Only!
This service is only for those who are competent with Photoshop and printing techniques as images will be supplied as unbalanced original camera files. Coverage is still the same with either Michael or Belle, giving you peace of mind that the wedding will still be photographed in a professional way.
3 hours attendance taking 200 + shots: £575
6 hours attendance taking 400 + shots £750
Images will be supplied as original camera files, RAW or fine jpeg burnt to CD or DVD at the reception. You will not get any of the editing, cropping and retouching that is normally done as standard to every shot! Back to top
The Small Print You need to know
- Booking Deposits: To secure your wedding booking, we require a deposit of £125. Six months before the wedding, a further deposit of 50% of your estimated order will be taken.
- Four weeks before the wedding your full balance will be paid.Pre-wedding Studio session must be taken within 6 weeks of booking.
- If you have a wedding privilege card, IT MUST be presented at the time of booking. ~ No discounts can be given retrospectively.
- We have full indemnity insurance which requires us both to sign a contract for complete peace of mind. We guarantee the booking price is the final cost to you (providing that you select your album images within 6 months from the date of the wedding. If not, a £75 charge will be applied to cover rising costs.)
- All prices include VAT
- Cancellations: If for any reason, you need to cancel your booking, we will need written confirmation from you. If the wedding is postponed and re-scheduled, we will endeavour to cover the wedding without surcharges. We regret that all deposits and fees are non-refundable. Back to top
